Walrus Helps Systems Prove They Followed Their Own Rules

A quiet problem in decentralized systems is not breaking rules — it’s proving they were followed. Protocols define policies, procedures, and constraints, but months later it becomes hard to show that actions actually matched those rules at the time decisions were made.
