The AIBC Eurasia exhibition opens a new year, returning to Dubai for the sixth time. The summit will take place at Dubai Festival City – Festival Arena from February 9 to 11 and will include a two-day conference and exhibition focused on cutting-edge technologies. Since we are talking about networking – the awards season is back – and we are hosting not one, but two prestigious ceremonies, rolling out the red carpet for an elegant evening dedicated to awards, networking, and charity.

On February 9, the magnificent Al Baraha ballroom at Intercontinental Hotel Dubai Festival City will host the ceremony for the industry leaders and technology providers Eurasia Awards. Following that, on February 10, the AIBC Awards ceremony will take place, recognizing outstanding innovators, forward-thinking technology providers, and cutting-edge projects shaping the global technology landscape.

We are also proud to support the charitable projects of the SiGMA Foundation by holding a charity auction. The charismatic auctioneer Rick Goddard will host the evening, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

Both ceremonies are invitation-only and open to holders of platinum tickets, table sponsors, and guests who reserved spots.

Key points preceding the event – February 9

C-level golf tournament

Trump International Golf Club in Dubai will host the first tournament of the SiGMA Golf Tour. Offering a high-level playing experience, the tournament will start at the 9th hole at 10:00 AM and will last through all eighteen holes until early afternoon.

On large screens throughout the tournament area, real-time results, highlights, and specially curated content will be displayed, keeping you informed throughout all forty starts. The tournament will conclude with lunch and an awards ceremony, creating a natural transition from competition to networking and wrap-up.

Pre-registration

To ensure smooth operations, we have opened two badge collection points. Exhibition participants should head to the Festival Arena exhibition center from 09:00 to 17:00 to collect their badge before the summit begins, check their booth setup, and inspect the venue. Meanwhile, delegates who wish to avoid queues on the first day can go to Vista Lounge at InterContinental Dubai Festival City from 10:00 to 22:00. Just bring a valid ID, and you're all set. The welcome reception will begin at 18:00 – it is open to all ticket holders and is perfect for gradually getting into the event atmosphere.

Enjoy comfortable transportation to the NAS Sports Complex – Nad Al Sheba – Dubai, where you will experience one of the most unique deep diving experiences in the world. Inspired by the pearl diving heritage of the UAE, Deep Dive will take you to the world's deepest pool, designed in the style of a sunken city.
