A group of scientists has established a new value, moving the hands four seconds closer compared to last year. The decision is explained by the increasing risks associated with the aggressive policies of nuclear powers — Russia, China and #США , the weakening of nuclear weapons control systems, ongoing conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East, as well as concerns about the development of artificial intelligence.
