The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said:

Wealth is not diminished by charity.

[This means the hadith: Charity does not decrease wealth, and Allah does not increase a servant in anything but by pardon except in honor, and no one humbles himself for Allah except that Allah elevates him.]
