From a peak of over 13 billion VND, the assets dipped more than 10 billion, which is about 80% down.

🔥Explaining the dump of $LAB this morning. Folks, read carefully to understand its essence 👇👇
LAB took a nosedive of 70% in just a few hours, with a market cap evaporating by 9 billion dollars, but it wasn’t due to user sell-offs.
The LAB token just hit its all-time high (ATH) at 27.30 USD, then plummeted to 8.29 USD in a matter of hours.
The largest sell order recorded from actual user wallets was only around 18.6K USD, while the rest were mainly trades worth a few thousand bucks.
⏭️ There are virtually no signs that whales are dumping their holdings. Those numbers are too small to cause a multi-billion dollar project to crash this quickly.
On-chain data indicates that most trading activity is coming from infrastructure wallet addresses, Proxy contracts, and automated routers. Notably, one Proxy address executed up to 4,585 trades in under 2 hours, continuously buying and selling itself at an extremely high frequency.
The price collapse, while actual user sell pressure is almost negligible, suggests that the LAB market has entered a state of severe instability.
👉 Currently, there are 4 scenarios being discussed the most:
• MM unexpectedly pulled liquidity from the market.
• A large-scale liquidation of cross-asset collateral occurred.
• Derivative positions got liquidated in a chain reaction.

🔹 On the H4 timeframe, the loss of the critical support zone around 70K indicates that market momentum is still weakening. Recent recovery attempts have not been strong enough to break through short-term resistance levels, keeping the current trend intact.
