$CL Wars always come to an end, and this is a solid spot to short crude oil at 96.
In trading, what really drains you isn’t the market, it’s the inner struggle.
You want to win, so you fear losing. You want to seize every opportunity, but end up getting rekt time and again; you regret your last trade and worry about the next one—your mind is never in the moment.
Try to set a direction, don’t aim for every single trade to be a winner, just focus on executing without hesitation. Don’t stress over how much others are making, just keep your own rules in check.
