Thumzup Media Corporation is making waves on Wall Street and in the crypto world. The Nasdaq-listed firm—already stacking up Bitcoin (BTC) and Dogecoin (DOGE)—just sent shockwaves through the market by announcing a massive stock buyback plan.

The company’s board has officially approved a $10 million stock repurchase program running until the end of 2026. This new plan comes hot on the heels of an initial $1 million buyback completed this month, where Thumzup scooped up more than 212,000 shares at an average price of $4.71 each.

Right now, Thumzup holds around 19.1 BTC ($2.17M) and 7.5 million DOGE ($1.83M). But they’re not stopping there—the board has greenlit future purchases of Ethereum, XRP, Solana, Litecoin, and USDC for its expanding digital vault.

Even bigger news? Thumzup just signed a deal to acquire DogeHash Technologies, a Dogecoin mining powerhouse running 2,500 active rigs, with another 1,000 on the way. If the deal closes, Thumzup instantly becomes a serious player in the DOGE mining industry.

To fuel this expansion, the firm raised $50 million in August through a stock sale at $10 per share, dedicating much of the cash to DOGE accumulation and mining gear.

On-chain data reveals whales have recently scooped up 158 million DOGE, even as the token dipped 1% with trading volumes falling 25% in 24 hours. Thumzup itself confirmed its first major DOGE buy—worth nearly $2M at an average price of $0.2665.

Currently, DOGE trades near $0.275, forming an ascending wedge on daily charts. With the RSI at 62, momentum looks strong but not overheated. Analysts say a breakout above $0.29 could ignite a surge toward $0.36—and possibly $0.45, nearly doubling current prices. But a failure to hold $0.26 support could drag DOGE back to the $0.23–$0.24 range.

Some traders believe history could repeat itself: just like in 2017 and 2021, DOGE could skyrocket into double-digit territory—possibly hitting $10 in the next big bull run.

Adding more fuel, Wall Street is buzzing with speculation about a Dogecoin ETF. Rex Shares is pushing to launch the Rex-Osprey DOGE ETF, with approval odds on prediction market Polymarket skyrocketing to 94%. A green light could be the biggest DOGE catalyst yet.

Meanwhile, a new meme coin called Maxi Doge is grabbing headlines. Marketed as Dogecoin’s “frustrated but ripped cousin,” it has already raised $1.85 million in presale, with staking rewards up to 169% APY. With a token price of just $0.0002555, it’s drawing huge interest from early investors.
