3. Regarding the Deadline for Transitioning to the Newly Licensed Exchange:
- The time for current cryptocurrency exchanges to move to the newly licensed exchange will be extended for a maximum of 6 months from when the first exchange in Vietnam is licensed to operate. (Currently, no exchange has been officially licensed).

Thus, the earliest time the transition to the exchange can occur is in June 2026 (if there is a first exchange licensed to operate from January 2026). In case the licensing takes longer, the transition period will be adjusted accordingly.
