Bitcoin is once again approaching a crucial stage after a sharp drop followed by a strong recovery. In this update, we’ll break down the recent reaction to the previous 4H bearish FVG, the newly formed 4H FVG inversion acting as support, the major resistance around $95,000, and the impact of the latest liquidity sweep.

4H FVG Inversion – A Major Shift in Structure

Two days ago, BTC recorded a heavy downward move that wiped out a large portion of the earlier upside and grabbed liquidity below local lows. During that drop, a clean 4H bearish FVG formed and initially acted as a supply zone.

However, yesterday BTC completely reclaimed this zone with strong momentum. Multiple 4H candles closed above it, flipping the area from supply into demand. This shift creates a 4H FVG inversion, marked as the green zone on the chart. As long as this support holds, any pullback into this area could provide a strong reaction.

Next Target: 4H Bearish FVG Near $95,000

The next major level above price is another 4H bearish FVG sitting around $95,000, which also aligns with a previous distribution range. This zone is expected to act as significant resistance and could act as a magnet for price if bullish pressure continues.

If BTC maintains support at the inversion zone, a gradual climb toward the 95k level remains the most probable scenario. Once price reaches that area, we can expect a reaction—either a short-term rejection, consolidation, or a deeper pullback if sellers regain control.

The key question now is whether this sweep will fuel the next push upward or if price needs to revisit the inversion zone to gather fresh liquidity. The reaction around current levels will reveal which scenario is more likely.
