When to buy Bitcoin?
💠 This is a question that many people have to ponder. Even the big funds are getting wrecked at the top, let alone us. However, there are methods that can be applied. And it’s essential to understand that no method is 100% correct. It might work for one trader but not for another. What’s right now might not be right later.
💠 Personally, I have accurately predicted the bottom of two cycles. In 2018, I predicted the bottom at 3.6k, and the price hit 31.6k before bouncing back. In 2022, I predicted the bottom at 16k, and the price came down to 15.5k.
💠 Below is one of the methods I’ve used, which is employing: Realized Price (for what Realized Price is, you can look it up on Google).
🔰 Currently, the Realized Price is at 53.7k. In previous cycles, when the market price falls below the Realized Price by 25% - 40%, it tends to create a bottom.
1. Assuming this cycle, if the price drops below the Realized Price by 25%, the bottom price would be around 40.3k.
2. Assuming this cycle, if the price drops below the Realized Price by 40%, the bottom price would be around 32k.
=> But past data doesn’t guarantee what will happen now. So everyone has different strategies. One approach is to start dollar-cost averaging when the price drops below the Realized Price!
