My alpha has been restricted, which is really somewhat inexplicable.
I feel wronged and have nowhere to appeal. I am requesting your assistance in the square.
Facts: 1. I only have one account on Binance, and this account initially bought spot (now it's a total mess), and my wallet has been used for a long time. 2. I also only have one account for playing alpha (currently mainly watching and receiving airdrops, participating in trading competitions to maintain points, and recently I have been continuously hit in trading competitions). 3. I have never used bots or scripts to manipulate trading competitions; it's all manual (recently, I feel like I've turned into a bot myself, others told me that 200 per transaction has less loss, and I finally managed to get to 340,000, oh my god, and I got banned).
4. If I indeed violated the terms, I would willingly accept the ban. But I have never violated any rules; it’s an unjust ban, which is very disheartening.
Demands: 1. Unban my account as soon as possible.
2. Reasonable compensation for my losses. Currently participating in trading competitions H and VELVET, as well as the missed airdrop yesterday. #allpha

I'm a client of Binance, and my account's alpha feature has been restricted out of the blue. As a customer, I should be your priority. If I've breached any platform rules and faced penalties, I’d accept that, but I haven’t violated any of the rules, and now my account is blocked. Can you try to understand my feelings from a customer’s perspective? It really feels frustrating.
Miss He, I sincerely ask you to take my account as a case study and investigate whether I've done anything wrong. Is that possible? Please don’t let people like me feel so disheartened.
