Then I appealed again, and yesterday I received a notification requesting additional materials. After submitting the complete recharge video, today it showed that the account has been unblocked. I would like to share the appeal process, which requires a total of four parts of information:
1. Device model:
You can find it in the device information section of the phone settings; just take a screenshot and upload it;
2. Recharge record video:
Open the phone's screen recording feature, first select Binance C2C transaction records, find a transaction record, then return to the desktop and open Alipay, locate the corresponding payment information and open it. Note that this file cannot exceed 30 MB;
3. Attachment materials:
Upload a screenshot of the account restriction notification page;
4. Supplementary information:
Just copy the link to the Alpha activity and upload it.
At the beginning of the appeal, I was a bit overwhelmed and didn't pay much attention to the requirements list, just uploaded information according to my own thoughts. Later, I kept an eye on discussions from other users, so I carefully reviewed the appeal content and appealed again.
