In a candid conversation on The Katie Miller Podcast, the billionaire admitted he’s no longer sure his attempt to “chainsaw” government waste through the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) was worth the chaos.

Musk revealed DOGE uncovered $100–$200 billion in “zombie payments” each year — but only managed to shut down a small slice of it. The effort triggered intense backlash.
“If you stop money going to political corruption, they will lash out big time,” he said.
