The core content of the initiative is clear and explicit: First, it calls for an immediate ceasefire to stop the war, fully preventing the escalation of the conflict, while ensuring the smooth entry of humanitarian aid into the war zone to alleviate the local humanitarian crisis; Second, it firmly supports the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and independence of Iran and Gulf countries, emphasizing that dialogue and diplomacy are the only viable paths to resolve disputes, urging conflicting parties to return to the negotiating table as soon as possible; Third, it clearly demands that the conflicting parties adhere to international humanitarian law, stop attacks on civilians and non-military targets such as energy, electricity, and nuclear power stations, and protect innocent lives and the safety of critical facilities; Fourth, it places the security of the Strait of Hormuz in a prominent position, calling for the protection of ships and crew within the strait, promoting the restoration of normal navigation, and ensuring the smooth flow of global energy trade routes; Fifth, it reaffirms the primary status of the United Nations Charter, advocating for the practice of multilateralism and working together to build a framework for lasting peace in the region.
