$BTC ULA Sets Record with Atlas V Launch of 29 Amazon LEO Satellites
United Launch Alliance successfully launched its second Atlas V mission of the month, setting a new fastest turnaround record at Space Launch Complex 41 by nearly three days.
The mission, called Amazon LEO 6 (LA-06), lifted off at 8:53:30 p.m. EDT from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station carrying 29 production satellites for Amazon Project Kuiper.
This marks ULA’s sixth delivery of operational Kuiper satellites and the seventh overall mission for the program. The launch was also the 108th Atlas V flight and the 100th conducted under ULA.
