Market cap dropped from 6M to about 10M, then fell to 4.5M. Just when everyone thought it was over, we saw a series of rebounds, indicating that there were still plenty of buyers when it hit 4M...
Support at 5M is holding strong, and the next target is looking at 7M. If we break that, we might just see a run towards 8M-10M.
Right now, I'm keeping my eyes on one key detail:
RSI:
It has dropped from the previous overbought zone and is now starting to rise again.
This is usually healthier than staying above 90 for too long.
In the next few days, if the number of holders grows to 18K and we break 7M, then the recovery after the first wave of sell-off will be pretty much complete.
What we really need to look for is whether we can challenge the 10M market cap a second time.
Remember, when it dropped to around 4M, there were funds willing to step in.
That's more valuable than any signals from the chat groups.
