World debates whether neural networks will take jobs from people, Beijing is betting on "AI Plus." Today, against the backdrop of the annual session of the National People's Congress, Wang Xiaoping, Minister of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China, confirmed that China is officially implementing AI as a key tool for job creation.
The numbers are impressive:
12.7 million graduates will enter the labor force in 2026—that's more than the population of Belgium.
Goal: Create more than 12 million new jobs in cities and maintain unemployment at 5.5%.
Result: Over the past five years, 72 new professions have emerged in China, and more than 20 of them are directly related to AI.
Where will the "digital army" be sent?
China isn't just teaching coding. The focus is shifting to the "low-altitude economy" (drones, logistics), transportation powered by new energy sources, and generative AI. The government is launching large-scale retraining programs, transforming AI from a "threat" into a "partner."
🤔🤫Why is this important to us (Crypto & Web3)?
For Binance Square, this isn't just economic news. Large-scale government support for AI in China will inevitably trigger:
Growth of the DePIN sector: Enormous computing power will require decentralized solutions.
AI Token Pump: Chinese tech giants will pour billions into infrastructure, which will affect all projects related to AI computing (This is a direct benefit for projects like $FET , $RNDR , and $OCEAN .)
Mass Adoption: 12 million young professionals trained in AI are the future users and builders of Web3 tools.
China is building the world's largest testing ground for implementing AI in the real sector. If the experiment is successful, we will see a new wave of technological dominance in the East. This is all great news, but as a Ukrainian, the name of the ministry itself really grates on my ears: "Human Resources." I just remember the moment when we went from being people to being a "resource" for the government—mobilization, labor, tax, and so on... Don't let anyone think of you as a resource. Brothers and sisters, what do you think? Is training 12 million people to work "in tandem" with AI really realistic, or is this just an attempt to hide real unemployment? Will AI be the salvation of the economy, or will it ultimately displace humans?

Today, March 8th, the market froze. Negotiations on the crucial Clarity Act fell apart: the US banking lobby refused to support the Trump administration's compromise.
The crux of the conflict: Banks don't want to allow crypto platforms to accrue yield on stablecoins. This would be direct competition for deposits, and bankers have decided to sabotage the process.
What does this mean for the market right now?
Stablecoins are under pressure until this law is passed. $USDT and $USDC remain in a "gray zone." This is hindering the influx of institutional liquidity, which was waiting for clear rules of the game.
We are already seeing a slowdown in $BTC ETF inflow. Big capital doesn't like uncertainty in Washington. And against the backdrop of the escalation with Iran and rising oil prices, the Fear & Greed Index isn't rising above 18-20. The market is going into hold mode.
I don't think Trump is likely to back down unless it's more profitable for him. 🤷 His plan to create a Bitcoin reserve requires this law. If banks don't cave, we could see severe pressure from the administration, which will ultimately fuel a powerful pump.

I'm thinking about opening a position on ETHUSDC futures... Ether has quietly crept up to $2,060. And now the fun begins. I'm sitting in front of the terminal, weighing up the position, but going all-in right now is like playing roulette with the Fed.
📊 What we have in fact:
Price: We've consolidated above the psychological $2,000. This is a huge positive. The next major technical stop is $2,180 - $2,200.
Tomorrow's NFP (Non-Farm Payrolls): This is the big boss of the week. If the US unemployment report comes out hot (lots of new jobs), the dollar will soar, and our $ETH could land painfully back at $1,950.
Quantum FUD: Memes aside, amid these discussions, ETH showed its teeth and rose 7% over the past 24 hours. It's true that today it fell back by -3%... But it seems the market believes Vitalik more than the horror stories in the newspapers.
My strategy is roughly as follows:
I'm thinking of going long, but keeping an eye on tomorrow's storm.
Entry: I'll be looking for breakouts in the $2,020 - $2,050 zone, if they give it (we'll check the market price tomorrow after the report). Entering at the current $2,070 is scary due to possible volatility on the news. Take Profit: First target is $2,200. If we close the week higher, the next target is $2,450.
Stop Loss: Hard stop at $1,940. If NFP depresses the market and we go below $2,000, there's nothing left to catch in a long position.
This is a risky position, but for some reason, I've been believing since the beginning of the year that ETH should go up starting in mid-March. Why? 🤷 That's why I'm a bit nervous... We'll see tomorrow, who's with me? 🐅🐾🚀

Here are the main highlights of the roadmap for the coming years:
Scaling L1 Without Sacrificing Decentralization
Vitalik proposes massive growth: from the current ~60–100M gas/block to 5× and eventually up to 1000× increases. The keys are new state formats (temporary/periodic storage), ZK-EVM verification, ePBS, BALs, and blobs.
The phased plan includes:
2026 → Initial nodes test ZK verification; Hegota upgrade brings native account abstraction (EIP-8141) — goodbye seed phrases, hello smart accounts!
