๐ Shariah Fatwa Regarding Binance Earn Product

โจ Summary of the Shariah Fatwa
Alhamdulillah โ The Shariah Supervisory Board (SSB) has reviewed the Binance Earn Product and declared it Shariah Compliant (Halal) under the structure of Agency for Investment (Wakฤlah bil Istithmฤr).
Allah, the Exalted, says:
"And Allah has permitted trade and forbidden usury" (Al-Baqarah: 275)
Translation: Allah has permitted trade and forbidden Riba (usury).

1๏ธโฃ Agency for Investment Structure
โข User = Investor / Owner (Main Owner)
โข Binance Earn = Agent (Investment Agent)
โข Binance will invest on your behalf, but within Shariah principles.
2๏ธโฃ No Riba
โข Income comes from staking & yield farming (network validation fees).
โข Pure income for work, not based on interest.
3๏ธโฃ No Gharar & No Maysir
โข Annual monitoring + Quarterly checks will be conducted.
โข It will be ensured that income does not come from haram sources.
4๏ธโฃ 5% Rule
โข If income from transactions is more than 5% linked to haram sources โ invalid.
