The real difference between spot and futures – understand what you are selling and what you are buying
In spot (Spot) on Binance you are buying the actual asset and you own it. If you buy BTC, it is in your wallet. You cannot sell something you do not own, and there is no forced liquidation due to minor volatility.
In futures (Futures), however, the situation is completely different:
You are trading a contract on the price only… You do not own the asset when you buy, and when you sell, you are selling an asset you do not actually own.
When you open a Long position, you are not buying real BTC, but buying a contract that tracks its price. And when you open a Short position, you are selling a contract for an asset you do not own, hoping to buy it back later at a lower price.
To make it clear: In futures, you are speculating on the direction, you do not own the asset.
The advantage? You can profit in both rising and falling markets, and use leverage to amplify profits.
The danger? Losses can also amplify at the same rate, and your position can be completely liquidated if the market moves against you by a small percentage.
In summary: Spot = true ownership of the asset. Futures = trading contracts on the price, buying and selling what you do not actually own.

Risk management first Most traders focus on the entry point... But professionals focus on the exit point. Before entering any trade, ask yourself: Where will I exit if I'm wrong? If you don't have a clear answer, you're not trading... you're betting. What percentage of risk do you take on each trade? 1% or more? #TrumpNewTariffs
Do not follow the candle, follow the structure A strong green candle does not mean the beginning of an uptrend. Sometimes it is just a distribution at resistance. Always open the larger time frame. The overall trend is more important than the momentary movement. Do you rely on multi-time frame analysis or just one frame? 📊 #TradingTales #TradingSignals $FTM $GAL $NEO
Liquidity is more important than indicators Indicators follow the price... But liquidity moves it. Watch for accumulation areas, trading volumes, and real breakouts supported by strong volume. Without volume, any breakout is questionable. Do you monitor the volume before entering? #StrategyBTCPurchase #BTCMiningDifficultyIncrease $AMZNon $MSFTon $BTC
