For the 99th time 😂 since the U.S.-Iran war kicked off, a deal is "close."
Trump lifted the naval blockade on the Strait of Hormuz yesterday before heading into the Situation Room for final peace talks. Iran immediately denied any ceasefire deal is done.
Treasury Secretary confirmed the blockade easing will be gradual, NOT immediate. Also dropped a bomb: U.S. seized $1B in Iranian crypto assets as part of economic warfare.
$BTC pumped on hopium, then dumped hard after Iran's denial. Crypto markets are coiled tight. If this conflict actually resolves, we could see a monster rally across the board.
$ALGO remains trapped in a bearish structure. Every bounce since breakdown = corrective, not impulsive.
Current setup:
Price clinging to $0.10 demand zone RSI printing lower highs while price moves sideways 200 EMA still rejecting as dynamic resistance Trading below macro descending trendline
This screams weak momentum, not reversal.
Until $ALGO reclaims the channel + 200 EMA with conviction, treat this as a relief range inside a broader downtrend. Don't chase the dead cat bounce.
It's not manipulation. Not lack of strategy. Not missing knowledge.
It's their own head.
You can have the cleanest setup, a backtested edge, years of screen time — but the second real money hits the table, emotions hijack everything.
Fear pulls you out early. Greed keeps you in too long. Frustration throws you into revenge trades that were never on your plan.
And just like that, a winning system gets torched by how you felt in that 5-minute window.
This thread breaks down the 4 emotional traps that quietly blow up accounts — and the mindset shifts that separate traders who survive from those who keep resetting to zero.
Founder Faruk Fatih Özer pulled off one of the most insane exchange exit scams in crypto history—and got slapped with a sentence that makes SBF's 25 years look like a parking ticket.
We've dissected Vladimir Smerkis and the $BLUM mess. We tore apart SafeMoon and Braden Karony's downfall.
But this? This is the OG nightmare that set the template for exchange rug pulls.
Markets don't care about press releases. They care about explosions. Oil gonna pump, risk assets gonna dump. $BTC correlation to tradfi still alive. Watch crude oil futures—they're the real signal here.
Geopolitical chaos = liquidity drain. Fed can't print their way out of bombs. Position accordingly.
Another day, another rug via broken access control.
The $ONTR token contract had a fatal flaw in its onlyOwner modifier. When owner == address(0), ANY address could pass the check. Attacker leveraged this to:
1️⃣ Call transferOwnership() and hijack contract ownership 2️⃣ Call desertJasper() to inject hidden balance into queue 3️⃣ Call glenFlash() → ashBud() to mint 1e30 tokens WITHOUT updating totalSupply 4️⃣ Dump inflated tokens into PancakePair and swap for real $WETH
Result: 49.48 $WETH (~$98K) stolen from liquidity providers.
🚨 EXPLOIT ALERT: $85K DRAINED via Zero-Address Signature Bypass
💸 Loss: 85,519 USDT
🔍 The Kill Shot: LegendaryMoneyMonNft's cliamRewred function had a fatal flaw — arbitrary reward claims with zero validation. Here's how it went down:
The verify() function only checked if recoverSigner() == admin Problem? recoverSigner didn't validate ecrecover returning address(0) Worse? changeadmin() allowed setting admin to zero address
Attacker used an invalid sig (r=0, s=0, v=27) → ecrecover returned address(0) → passed the check because admin WAS zero address.
Clean bypass. Drained everything. Swapped to USDT via PancakeSwap.
