Vacuum Robot Sucked Up My Grandma's Ashes Grandma passed 3 months ago.
Kept her ashes in decorative urn on living room shelf.
Got robot vacuum. $850. Amazing reviews. Set it to clean while at work.
Came home. Urn knocked over. Empty. Ashes GONE.
The Horror
Robot had bumped shelf. Urn fell. Broke.
Robot vacuumed up every trace of my grandmother's ashes.
Checked robot's bin. Mixed with dust, dirt, pet hair. Grandmother's remains in trash with garbage.
I Collapsed
Screaming. Crying. My grandmother's ashes. VACUUMED UP.
Mom kept some ashes separately thank god. But most of grandma is in robot vacuum trash mixed with dirt.
Called company hysterical.
