All of it is already minted on a public schedule. Every prioritised transaction the chain processes burns a fraction of that supply. Adoption increases prioritised transactions. Adoption is therefore deflationary by design. Adoption drives demand for blockspace. Demand for blockspace drives interest. Interest drives more adoption. The loop is mechanical, not narrative. The University of Southampton ran the demonstration. And the drone recorded every autonomous decision to a tamper-proof ledger while airborne. This is what TRL6 looks like, and almost nobody in crypto has ever shipped anything at that readiness level.
