Bitcoin's recent strength and steady climb have contrasted with the underwhelming performance of altcoins. Since the altcoin market peak in late 2021, these assets have failed to register substantial gains. The OthersBTC chart, which measures the value of altcoins (ex-top 10) relative to Bitcoin, demonstrates this trend, currently sitting at 0.1299 - a record low. In my view, altcoins may have bottomed out and are awaiting a catalyst for a potential surge, which could enable them to outperform Bitcoin in the forthcoming period."
