MetaMask has added BTC support. Now, Bitcoin can be used directly in the wallet without third-party services.
What is available to users:
- purchasing BTC with fiat;
- sending and receiving BTC;
- exchanging EVM and Solana assets for BTC;
- managing all networks in a single multi-chain account.
MetaMask Rewards are awarded for BTC swaps via MetaMask.
