The KITE AI network uses a simple non inflationary model where the token supply is limited to 10 billion and rewards move from new token creation to real income from the network. At the start tokens are given out to attract early users and validators but over time rewards come from fees paid when AI agents interact. These fees often use stable coins and part of them is used to buy $KITE tokens or reward holders which links the token value to real usage.
