In a post on X, Strategy CEO Phong Le described Bitcoin as "the United States of money," drawing a parallel between the American Constitution's aim to create a system governed by transparent rules rather than individual discretion and Bitcoin's foundation on a principled white paper, digitally enforced scarcity, proof of work, and consensus. Le recounted his family's journey as refugees from Vietnam in 1978, sponsored by a Catholic church in Syracuse, New York, who received public assistance and food stamps before building a life through education and hard work.

Le said Bitcoin is hope — for those who want to protect savings from monetary inflation, for those born in countries without reliable rule of law or economic freedoms, and for anyone seeking protection, opportunity, and property that does not depend on geography, politics, or permission.

Le, born in the year of America's bicentennial, said the future of American dominance is being questioned but he has no doubt the United States remains the greatest country in the world. "America gave my family freedom through a country. Bitcoin offers individuals monetary freedom through a network," Le wrote. "One opened the door for me. The other opens a door for anyone, anywhere, to protect the fruits of their labor. That is why Bitcoin is freedom."
