Bitmine plans a $300 million perpetual preferred stock offering with 3 million Series A shares priced at $100 each. The 9.5% shares will trade as BMNP within 30 days of issuance. Bitmine plans to use staked Ether income for weekly dividends and proceeds for corporate purposes including buying more Ether.

Coinbase said it froze more than $3 million in cryptocurrency tied to scam networks in Southeast Asia. The action was part of Disruption Week led by the US Department of Justice’s Scam Center Strike Force. Meta, Microsoft and Starlink also helped disrupt more than 1.4 million social media and email accounts.

Bitmine announced plans to issue 9.50% perpetual preferred shares to raise $300 million with weekly cash dividends. Strategy sold 32 Bitcoin worth approximately $2.5 million at the end of May to pay preferred share dividends. SoSoValue dashboards show 12 days of BTC spot ETF outflows near $4 billion and 16 days of ETH spot ETF outflows near $800 million.

Arthur Hayes said he sold all of his HYPE and NEAR holdings after previously predicting HYPE would reach $150. Hayes said he will explain the decision in an essay next Tuesday. He cited rising energy prices, large-scale AI company IPOs through early Q3, and his expectation that the market will peak between now and September.

Anthropic found that AI helped lower the skill barrier for attacks on crypto infrastructure after studying 832 banned accounts. The share of actors classified as medium risk or higher rose from 33% to 56% across the study period. Anthropic also found that 67.3% of the banned accounts used AI for malware development.

Shinhan Asset Management signed an MOU with the Canton Foundation on June 2 to support Shinhan Financial Group's governance participation in Canton Network. The agreement covers network technology cooperation, South Korea regulatory education and consulting, and research on South Korean digital financial products.
