On the 4H chart, price is trading near 0.0508 after a long move down from the 0.064 area. The trend has been clearly bearish, with lower highs and lower lows. Sellers stayed in control for days, pushing price step by step into this demand zone.
The good sign is the reaction around 0.0505. Price slowed down here and started moving sideways, which often means selling pressure is getting weaker. This zone is acting as short term support and a place where buyers are trying to defend.
If $KMNO can hold above 0.0505 and build some volume, a relief bounce can push price toward 0.0528 first and then 0.0558. These levels were previous supports and can now act as resistance.
If 0.0505 breaks cleanly, the next downside area sits near 0.0498 and below that the market may need more time to stabilize.
This is not a strong trend yet. This is a test of patience. When selling slows and price stops falling fast, that is usually where the next move starts.
