Національний банк України оновив правила проведення готівкових операцій через платіжні термінали. Нові вимоги передбачають додаткову перевірку під час внесення готівки для зарахування коштів на рахунки.
Про це йдеться у постанові НБУ №67, яка набирає чинності 26 червня.

Згідно з нововведенням, під час поповнення рахунків через платіжні термінали (ПТКС) користувачі мають вводити повний номер мобільного телефону. Після цього на вказаний номер банк або платіжний оператор надсилатиме одноразовий пароль або повідомлятиме його через телефонний дзвінок. Цей код потрібно буде ввести на екрані термінала для підтвердження операції.
У квитанції після внесення готівки через термінал також має зазначатися повний номер телефону платника, а також дані про суму, час проведення операції, отримувача платежу, рахунок та комісію.

Нові вимоги діятимуть для операцій із поповнення рахунків через платіжні термінали незалежно від суми переказу. Водночас вони не поширюватимуться на низку платежів, зокрема оплату податків, штрафів, комунальних послуг, проїзду, мобільного зв’язку (до 500 гривень на місяць за номер), а також поповнення рахунку через термінал за допомогою платіжної картки з додатковою автентифікацією.
Також НБУ зобов’язав платіжних операторів зберігати інформацію про такі операції та забезпечити неможливість передачі одноразового пароля іншій особі.
