Two Massive wins for the Crypto market structure bill in the last 24 hours.
First, the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) endorsed the clarity act, becoming the first major law enforcement agency to support it.
Now The Major County Sheriffs of America have shifted their stance from "against" to "neutral" on the Crypto Market Structure Bill.
Two major law enforcement just stopped blocking the crypto CLARITY ACT.
We are getting closer.

$ETH to $3,000+ in August?
In the 2022 bear market:
June - $ETH forma cycle bottom of $881
July to August - ETH rallied 128%.
November - It pulled back but never broke the June low.
So far, this cycle is starting to look similar.
If history repeats and $1,500 is the cycle low for, ETH could rally into August and 128% move from the June bottom would put $ETH around $3,400 in August.
Let’s wait and see how this cycle plays out. Not sure about $3,400 but I think $2400- $2800 is very possible.

🇪🇺🇮🇷 European nations apparently have quietly accepted Iranian fees on Strait of Hormuz transit as inevitable
They are now focused only on making sure the fees apply equally to all vessels rather than fighting the principle itself.
2 weeks ago Meloni was on camera saying allowing Iran to charge tolls would turn every strategic waterway in the world into a weapon and that Europe simply could not contemplate it.
Now Europe is contemplating it and apparently at peace with the outcome, focused on fairness of application rather than whether it should happen at all.
The Strait question that was supposed to be a red line just became a negotiating detail.

From highs around $71.60 just a few sessions ago, prices have crashed down to $67.63 right now.
That’s a nasty ~5.5% drop in 5 trading days, especially the sharp sell-off in the last 48h.
Traders are dumping hard as geopolitical risk premium fades fast.
Cheaper oil = cheaper gas at the pump. Good for drivers!

Bitcoin pump to $80k in August ?
In the 2022 bear market:
- BTC local bottom of $17,600 in June
- Then +42% pump through August
- Made its ultimate cycle bottom in November 2022 around $15,500.
We're seeing a similar setup now.
If history repeats, Bitcoin could rally into August before making a final bottom in Q4, staying in line with its 4-year cycle.
If $57,700 is the local bottom for June, the 42% rally from here puts BTC at $82k.
Let’s wait and see how this cycle plays out.
