I keep coming back to the same thought whenever I read about OpenGradient.
Building something new is difficult but building something people can actually rely on is even harder.
A lot of projects talk about better performance. What caught my attention here is the effort to make every important action easier to verify instead of expecting users to accept everything at face value.
That approach feels practical. If this space keeps growing there will be more situations where knowing how something happened is just as important as the result itself.
I also like that the focus is not only on adding features. The bigger picture seems to be creating an environment where developers can build with more confidence while users have more transparency without sacrificing privacy.
