Now #SolanaFundation together with #googlecloud launched "Pay.sh", a new payment method for AI agents to autonomously pay for APIs using stablecoins on Solana.
What can be done?
It allows AI agents to:
✅ Access and pay for any API usage (pay-per-request). No accounts, no subscriptions, no traditional API keys.
✅ The agent uses their Solana wallet as identity and pays with stablecoins (fractions of a cent per call).
✅ Initially supports Google Cloud APIs (Gemini, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.) and over 50 community APIs. Uses the open standard x402.
It's a significant step towards the "Agent Economy", meaning an economy where AI agents consume and pay for services independently.
