WhiteBIT has secured the MiCA license ahead of the July 1 deadline, marking the last wave of compliance bonuses.

With less than two weeks until the EU MiCA transition period expires, WhiteBIT has obtained the Austrian FMA license, enabling them to legally offer crypto services across the entire EEA. 🎯

For comparison: Europe has around 7.6 million crypto app downloads coming from unlicensed exchanges, and ESMA has already warned—after July 1, those without a license can only prepare for settlements and customer migrations; they can't keep holding on. 📋

Binance's application in Greece reportedly faces obstacles, while Bybit, KuCoin, and Bitget are all eyeing the Austrian route. The benefits of the MiCA passport mechanism are straightforward: one license covers 30 countries, making it much easier than applying on a country-by-country basis.
