This is what drives the illicit enrichment of traders with "inside information"; it ruins the crypto world. #privilationinformation should be a crime. @Binance Labs @CZ @Binance News @Binance BiBi . How can we create a way to reduce the issues below:

Pump and Dump: A group agrees to buy a weak coin to inflate the price. Outsiders see the "spike" rising, jump in due to FOMO, then the group sells everything at the top. The last ones in take the loss. "This is market manipulation and it's a crime."

Inside Information: Someone knows that an exchange will list the coin tomorrow. They buy beforehand, wait for the spike when it’s announced, then sell. "Using insider info is illegal."

Spoofing/Wash Trading: Bots place huge fake orders to create a spike and deceive the market. "Also illegal."

Rug Pull: A dev creates a coin, makes a spike with false marketing, then disappears with everyone’s money.

In summary:
The spike is just the chart showing the consequence. The crime is the manipulation that intentionally creates the spike to take money from others.
