After finding support at $212, Solana price rose, outperforming Bitcoin and Ethereum. SOL entered a short-term bullish zone over $232.
The price broke $240 resistance. Price broke $245 thanks to bulls. The price just retreated from its $250 high. The upward rise from the $200 swing low to the $250 high fell below the 23.6% Fib retracement line.
Additionally, the hourly SOL/USD chart broke below a positive trend line with support at $242. Solana is below $240 and the 100-hour SMA.
The price faces upward resistance at $238. Near $240 is the next significant resistance. The $245 resistance may be key. Close above $245 barrier might start another steady rise. The next major resistance is $255. More advances might push the price toward $262.

SOL might tumble again if it fails to break $240 resistance. Near $232 is first downside support. The first key support is $230, the 50% Fib retracement level of the upward run from $200 swing low to $250 high.
