Yesterday at the beach, while reflecting on my legendary collection of bad decisions, I saw a bottle floating toward me. Curiosity won, as always. I rolled up my trousers, grabbed the bottle, and pulled out a letter… dated 2040. Yes, 2040.
The letter said:
It’s Tuesday, my weekly day off. My AI robot made breakfast while my AI wife, Sabrina, lay uncharged after draining her battery overnight. I asked the robot about the market: $BTC is $2M, ETH is $15K, BNB is $80K. Yesterday I made $50,000. I wanted to dump the leftover SOL my grandfather bought back in his ‘confused era.
On my way out, someone was floating too close to me on the footpath, so, naturally, I slapped him. The police dragged me to Instant Court. The judge asked what currency I’d like to pay the fine in. I said SOL. He fined me a thousand SOL. I floated near to the judge and slapped him too and gave him two thousand SOL, told him to split the rest. Honestly, SOL is only good for paying fines these days.
Back home, after charging Sabrina, I took a shower and thought: If only Grandpa had bought $XRP instead of SOL.
I didn’t understand the whole letter…
But I understood the ending perfectly.
So yes, I exchanged my SOL for XRP
