Charlie Noyes has officially stepped away from his role as General Partner at Paradigm, as shared on X. While he’s no longer in the GP seat, he isn’t cutting ties Noyes will continue working with Paradigm founder Matt Huang as a board observer at Kalshi and remain involved in supporting portfolio founders. Notably, he joined Paradigm at just 19 as its very first hire and earned a General Partner promotion earlier this year, making this a significant but not complete exit.
