Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan said market attention is focused on whether Bitcoin has reached a bottom, but he considers the more important question to be whether it has reached a top.

According to Odaily, Hougan said that as long as Bitcoin’s top has not arrived, he views it as a good buying opportunity.
