🚫 Nowadays, every second person is saying:
“Use 10x, 50x, 100x and double your money!” 💸
But what does Islam say?

❌ Leverage = Debt + Risk + Interest
⚠️ When the money is not yours, but you are trading with it…
This is a mix of Riba + Gharar, which is prohibited in both the Quran and Sunnah.

📜 Hadith:
“Do not trade in what is not in your possession.” – (Tirmidhi)

🟢 Solution?
✅ Engage in spot trading
✅ Real asset, real risk
✅ No interest, no gambling

🧠 Think: Is profit desired at any cost or through halal means?

🟢 Spot Trading – Halal ya Halaat Pe Depend?

Bohat log kehte hain:
“Main leverage nahi karta, sirf spot trading karta hoon – to sab halal hai… right?” 🤔

Lekin Islam mein shartein bhi hoti hain: 🔹 Kya aap asset waqai possess karte ho?
🔹 Kya broker ya platform interest (riba) use karta hai?
🔹 Kya aap trade speculate kar rahe ho ya invest?

📜 Scholars kehte hain:
“Spot trading halal hai — magar sirf jab niyyat, platform, aur process bhi halal ho.”

Kya har spot trade halal hoti hai? Ya hum confuse hain?

📛 “Forex Trading – Halal or Haram?”

Nowadays, everyone is saying:
"The dollar is going up... buy now!"
"The euro has gone down... sell now!"

But the question is:
👉 From an Islamic point of view, is Forex trading halal or not?

📚 Islamic View: Shari’ah Perspective on Forex

✅ It is Halal When:

1. There is a physical exchange of real currency (hand-to-hand or instantly delivered)

2. The deal is completed in the same session (spot trading only)

3. There is no riba (interest) or delay

❌ It Becomes Haram When:

1. Leverage is used (borrowing money from the broker)

2. A swap fee or overnight interest is applied

3. Speculation or guessing-based trading occurs (which is akin to gambling)

🕋 Hadith:

> "When you exchange gold and silver, it must be equal and immediate, otherwise it is riba."
(Sahih Muslim)

In Forex as well, if there is no equal and instant exchange — then it becomes riba from a Shari’ah perspective.

People say:

But Islam says: ❌ Betting money = Gambling
✅ Trading with knowledge and understanding = Business

📜 Quran:
"Both gambling and usury are the works of Satan"
