๐ โForex Trading โ Halal or Haram?โ
Nowadays, everyone is saying:
"The dollar is going up... buy now!"
"The euro has gone down... sell now!"
But the question is:
๐ From an Islamic point of view, is Forex trading halal or not?
---
๐ Islamic View: Shariโah Perspective on Forex
โ It is Halal When:
1. There is a physical exchange of real currency (hand-to-hand or instantly delivered)
2. The deal is completed in the same session (spot trading only)
3. There is no riba (interest) or delay
โ It Becomes Haram When:
1. Leverage is used (borrowing money from the broker)
2. A swap fee or overnight interest is applied
3. Speculation or guessing-based trading occurs (which is akin to gambling)
---
๐ Hadith:
> "When you exchange gold and silver, it must be equal and immediate, otherwise it is riba."
(Sahih Muslim)
In Forex as well, if there is no equal and instant exchange โ then it becomes riba from a Shariโah perspective.

๐ฏ Faiz's Tip:
> Making money from Forex is not haram...
But if the method is haram, then the earnings are also haram!
