๐Ÿ“› โ€œForex Trading โ€“ Halal or Haram?โ€

Nowadays, everyone is saying:

"The dollar is going up... buy now!"

"The euro has gone down... sell now!"

But the question is:

๐Ÿ‘‰ From an Islamic point of view, is Forex trading halal or not?

๐Ÿ“š Islamic View: Shariโ€™ah Perspective on Forex

โœ… It is Halal When:

1. There is a physical exchange of real currency (hand-to-hand or instantly delivered)

2. The deal is completed in the same session (spot trading only)

3. There is no riba (interest) or delay

โŒ It Becomes Haram When:

1. Leverage is used (borrowing money from the broker)

2. A swap fee or overnight interest is applied

3. Speculation or guessing-based trading occurs (which is akin to gambling)

๐Ÿ•‹ Hadith:

> "When you exchange gold and silver, it must be equal and immediate, otherwise it is riba."

(Sahih Muslim)

In Forex as well, if there is no equal and instant exchange โ€” then it becomes riba from a Shariโ€™ah perspective.

๐ŸŽฏ Faiz's Tip:

> Making money from Forex is not haram...

But if the method is haram, then the earnings are also haram!
