Can someone explain to me how APR interest works in EARN BINANCE?
EARN 1000 USDC
APR 10.54% + 0.54% = 11.08%
Estimated reward: 0.124 USDC/day = 43.4 USDC/year
However, with an APR of 11.08%, it should be 110.8 USDC/year, that is, 0.3 USDC/day
The difference is more than double what the application states!
Why does this happen?
