The issuance size increased from the initial 24 million shares to 34 million shares, with oversubscription of 25 times, attracting institutions such as BlackRock and ARK.
The core product USDC (with a circulation of $61 billion) accounts for 29% of the stablecoin market, with revenue primarily relying on U.S. Treasury interest. Regulatory dividends (such as the GENIUS Act) may drive long-term growth.
