🏛️ “Crypto Week” in the U.S. Congress

Next week will be the so-called “Crypto Week” in the U.S. House of Representatives, where votes are scheduled on three key bills supported by the industry:

Genius Act (already approved in the Senate) to regulate stablecoins.

Clarity Act, which clarifies the roles between the SEC and the CFTC.

Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act, which prohibits the government from issuing an official digital currency.

This could mark a significant regulatory change, although it also raises concerns about consumer protection.
