Grid trading is a quantitative strategy that automatically buys low and sells high within a set price range. Steps to operate: 1) Select an asset with moderate volatility; 2) Set upper and lower limit prices; 3) Divide grid intervals (for example, set a level every 2%); 4) Allocate funds to each grid. When the price rises, sell part of the position; when it falls, buy to earn from fluctuations. For example, set 20 grids within a 20% range above and below the current price of BTC to profit from market fluctuations. The advantage lies in mechanical operation, suitable for oscillating markets, but sufficient funds are needed to deal with situations where a single-sided market breaks through the grid.
