What to do if you have been liquidated and you are crushed?

Guys, I want to share my trading experience. I was liquidated 4 times in a year; the last liquidation was in October, and here is what I understood during this time.

My first liquidation happened due to a gross mistake: I took on too many positions according to risk management, but did not take into account that if all positions start to fall, I would not have enough liquidity. I was liquidated, and I started to make additional investments, meaning I was playing in a casino. This was my mistake — I tried to recover the previous volumes in one trade, meaning I went all-in and subsequently lost 3 more times.

So what to do? You need to take a break and change your field of activity to something unrelated to cryptocurrency for at least 2 months. I understand that it is hard to get used to less profitable topics, but believe me — it is necessary. I also recommend changing exchanges or accounts to forget about old problems and start with a clean slate.
