Can you tell me how long it takes to unlock my account after filing a complaint with the exchange?
I filed a complaint at 9 AM yesterday, August 1st, and it still hasn't been resolved.
I bought USDT from a trader, but they required me to make a video call on Zalo to unlock it. I'm afraid of being scammed, so I didn't call them and instead filed a complaint with the exchange, but it's taking too long.
