#中国投资者涌向印尼 Today I opened Binance and only then did I realize this topic; I really didn't know what big event was happening and why it was pouring into Indonesia?

I found that I'm always late to the game, so I only learned about the crypto circle this week. Regarding this topic, I want to share my initial thoughts: a large number of Chinese people are going overseas because the domestic market has become too competitive after the pandemic, and it’s definitely better to go abroad. It all started with cross-border e-commerce, and TikTok's first stop in overseas e-commerce was Indonesia, which should have been around three years ago, before 2022. Later, it expanded to the UK and other Southeast Asia and the United States. Indonesia has the largest population in Southeast Asia, with many young people who have strong purchasing power, and being close to China improves logistics, which is a factor for many e-commerce companies choosing Indonesia.

However, the Indonesian government has relatively strict policies for overseas investors, such as canceling TikTok's e-commerce business license. Later, TikTok invested in local Indonesian e-commerce companies to comply with policies. Indonesia aims to protect local businesses and restrict foreign investors. Although there are currently no strict policy restrictions like those in India, I believe there may be more restrictions in the future 🚫.

Therefore, I think going to Indonesia either requires localization, embedding oneself there, or quickly making a profit and leaving!
