Mr. Howard was a shrewd businessman: suits, spreadsheets, and a life of winning contracts. One day, at a fancy dinner, a young "crypto genius" told him: "Sir, the future is OM and Luna. The banks are dead!" Howard, not wanting to appear outdated, nodded wisely and invested half of his company's reserves.
For one glorious week, his balance doubled. He walked around the office being called "Crypto Daddy." Then Luna crashed faster than a cheap drone, and OM followed right into digital oblivion. The "crypto genius" deleted his Twitter account, and Howard's employees quietly returned to Excel.
Now, every time someone says "blockchain," Howard flinches as if he heard a bad joke. His new rule for investing? If it promises 100x returns and has a dog or a moon in the logo, he backs off. But deep down, he still checks the charts at midnight... just in case.
