simple one is an arbitrary price that has nothing to do with the real price, the other only moves depending on supply and demand

I am new to this world of cryptocurrencies, exchange rates, and more. But I have been on the platform for months and have seen how the BCV rises and the purchase of USDT in BS stays stagnant for a while, only to later, when the BCV gets a bit closer to the purchase exchange rate, this sudden rise occurs and makes a big difference in prices.
But it has been, I believe, more than a month at the price of 300 BS while the BCV approaches strongly. I have seen how sometimes it rises to 310, only to drop back to 300 again.
I repeat, I do not have much knowledge in this area, but I wanted to ask if you think that soon the purchase of USDT will rise suddenly again, making its common big price difference with the BCV. Or do you think that finally the BCV will have a price margin similar to what it should be with USDT?
