Let’s put it this way——starting from scratch to 3 million, then going into debt of 8 million, and then flipping back to 10 million in profit. There was no talent boost in between, just constant trial and error, continuous summarization, and finally developing a contract system that suits me.
I want to share a trading strategy that I have used myself.
First, pick the coins:
Put the coins that have strong gains in the last 11 days into your watchlist, and if there are three consecutive days of large negative candles or obvious selling trends, directly remove them to avoid funds that have already left.
Look at the monthly line direction:
Open the K-line and only focus on the MACD at the monthly level. Only targets with a monthly golden cross and an upward trend are worth further research. If the direction is wrong, no matter how hard you try, it’s just against the wind.
Focus on daily buy points:
On the daily line, only look at a 60-day moving average. As long as the price pulls back to near the 60-day line and shows a significant volume-positive candle, that is a key opportunity, and I usually choose to go in heavily.
Execution after entering the market:
The core of the entire system is not "buying," but "how to manage positions and how to exit."
If the increase exceeds 30%: sell 1/3
If the increase exceeds 50%: sell another 1/3
If the market suddenly turns bad the day after you buy and directly breaks below the 60-day moving average—no matter what happens, you must exit completely. Don’t fantasize about a rebound, don’t hold onto the position; this is a bottom line I learned after suffering countless losses.
Although using the combination of "monthly trend + daily buy point" reduces the probability of breaking below the 60-day line, the risk is always there. If you want to stay in the cryptocurrency circle for a long time, you can only protect your principal first.
Don’t panic when selling; as long as the trend hasn’t changed and the logic hasn’t broken, it will always give you another buying point in the next small cycle.
